We’ve had a fair few days of snowy weather now and although on lower ground the snow has all but cleared, up here on our little mountain it’s still a winter wonderland. Our children have been trudging back and forth with their sledges to a neighbouring field (permission granted) that has a decent slope and have had a grand old time laughing together and making happy memories. I certainly feel lucky to live where we do, where there is such freedom and room to breathe, particularly in these covid times. We’ve had some lovely comments from customers recently regarding our fudge gift boxes, it’s always exciting for us to read about how people are enjoying them!
Brisk winter walks have meant quality time indoors as well as out, as we’ve ramped up the heaters and lit the log burner, at the ready with our warm mugs of Horlicks to work on some wrapper designs for Valentine’s Day. There’s been nothing better than cosy nights in like this to get the creative juices flowing...
