Chocolate fudge, chocolate, nothing more to add!

Ok, to add a little more, 100% cocoa is all thats added and this fudge has been described as tasting like a chocolate brownie.....

 

Our award winning handmade fudge is made with local ingredients whenever possible, is gluten-free, free from palm oils, contains no glucose syrups. We make it in the foothills of the Berwyn Mountains in North Wales.

 

Each bag of fudge is packed in compostable packaging and is heat sealed so perfect for gifting or just to enjoy for yourself!.

Store in a cool dry place out of sunlight, best before around 3 months from the date of production, (which is pretty much the date as dispatch a we make the fudge fresh to order in small weekly production batches!) No need to keep in the fridge.

 

Our traditionally made fudge is luxuriously melt in the mouth, it’s got a crumblier texture that some people have likened to Scottish Tablet - but we use a slightly different recipe that we’ve developed ourselves. Irresistibly delicious!

    All our products are made where nuts and other potential allergens are handled.

    All our fudges are gluten free - yay!

  • We make all our fudge freshly to order and for the numerous events we go to. We're pretty quick off the  mark when an order comes in so usually have the fudge made, packed and posted within 24 hours. Occasionally we give ourselves a day off, so this may be 36 hours, but whatever it's fresh and quick!

    No need to put it in the fridge, in fact the flavours are better at room temperature! We make by hand, genuinely by hand from beginning to end, so there may inevitably be some variation between batches, but hey, we've been doing this for a few years now so we're pretty consistant.
